All claims for shortages, damages, etc on received Items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Refund for Non Availability of Stock
In case of Ordered Items not being available to us for any reasons, we notify you of the Non-Availability and refund the charged Amount to you within next 2-3 Days of placing your order.
No cash refunds
All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) restocking charge in addition to both outbound and return freight costs and COD charges.
Without a valid return authorization number, our warehouse will not accept returns. *
Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
Discontinued styles or merchandise over 30 days old cannot be returned.
Please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner. (Approximately two weeks)
If your order is not processed accurately, we will cover the original freight and send a call tag for the incorrect merchandise.
* You have up to 3 days from the date of purchase to return to us any items. We will need to know the order number to know the original invoice number, style, color and total items returning. We will then create a Return Authorization to have these items returned back to the original warehouse.
If you agree with above statements, simply email to us your Return request with below details:

Use the email address you placed your order with.

Use the Purchase order number included in your order confirmation email to submit a request for Return of Items.

We will then email you back with a return authorization number that you will need to write on the outside of the box and a free pre-paid return label. These instructions will also be included in the email.
Unfortunately we cannot authorize returns requested 20 days after purchase.
Mill Ship: All Mill-Ship SKU sales are final and not eligible for exchange, return or refund. If defective or damaged, we will happily accept returns on these items and quickly replace the defective item
Close-OutItem Return Policy: Close-out items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Close out items will be marked clearly on product detail page
Worn, dirty, washed or altered items cannot be returned.

To avail free shipping, Merchandise total must be over required dollar amount ($200 in most cases ). If you return an item that reduces your merchandise total to below free ship level; your refund will be charged shipping amount that you received as credit to original order.
Problems with your order?
Our products are new and of first quality but if you should have a problem or defect please contact us within 3 business days of the time you place your order to make a claim. You can use the contact form below. We will then send you a replacement or give you a credit for the defective item. We cannot send a replacement or give credit if you contact us after 3 business days of the time you place your order.
We begin processing your order as soon as you place it. For this reason, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your order. If you need to make a return, please use our return form below.
Shipping Charges are mentioned in your Cart at the time of Checkout. Therefore, you approve of the Shipping cost when making an Order and an Order could not be reversed or refunded once processed based on the Shipping Cost charged to you.
ApparelOrbit.com accepts Paypal payments and all major credit cards through Paypal interface.
PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.

We are not eligible to sell Alternative Apparel, Bulwark, Eddie Bauer, New Era, Nike Golf, OGIO Endurance, OGIO, Red House, Red Kap, The North Face and Russell Outdoors without embellishment/decorator. We have already mentioned this disclaimer on our product page of the mentioned brands that is “This item cannot be shipped without embellishment (decoration)”. For further query feel free to contact us for embellishment/decoration.
Currently, we only ship to all the States Across USA and do not ship in other Countries.
The billing and shipping address should be the same going by Paypal payment terms. We are not eligible to be processing your order if our verification system detects a different address in payment made from PayPal and the one used on the billing details.
Our cut-off time for All orders for the day is 10 pm (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US). Once orders are processed, it should take 24 hours at the earliest or between 5-7 days at maximum. Therefore, please order us 5-7 days before you want to use the items by ApparelOrbit.com

Types of Shipping
We use UPS Ground Shipping.
Back Order Items are those that go out of stock in an unusual scenario.
We make sure that all items displayed on the website exist in our Inventory. However, if an item goes out of stock, we will notify you and you can decide if you wish for us to ship you backorder items which will result in delayed orders or if you wish to get items available and eliminate back order items from your order.
You will receive the money back for the items not available once the order is fulfilled.
We are a Chicago based company and we charge 10.25% sales tax to all orders shipped to Chicago since this is charged to us by the state of Chicago.
Apart from Sales Tax, ApparelOrbit.com uses Ground Shipping charges which are charged by UPS and are different across all orders made from different States in the USA.
These Shipping Charges are mentioned in your Cart at the time of Checkout. Therefore, you approve of the Shipping cost when making an Order and an Order could not be reversed or refunded once processed based on the Shipping Cost charged to you.
Checking Order Status with Tracking
Once your order is dispatched for shipping, you will receive a UPS tracking number in an email. If you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days and the UPS Link for Order Tracking is not working, you can always contact us through the Contact Page.
As described in detail below, any information we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason – period. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.
